These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Signalcraft website and services. Signalcraft is a veteran-owned marketing studio based in Chesterfield & Richmond, Virginia. By using our website, requesting an audit, or opting in to our text-message program, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
Signalcraft provides marketing services for local businesses, including digital presence audits, websites, AI receptionist and chat tools, review and reputation tools, content, and advertising management. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees for paid engagements are set out in a separate service agreement.
2. Free audit
A requested digital presence audit is provided free and for informational purposes. It is not a guarantee of any particular result, ranking, or outcome.
3. SMS / text messaging terms
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Signalcraft related to your request (such as appointment confirmations, your audit link, and follow-ups).

- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our website or services, attempt to disrupt them, or use them for any unlawful purpose.
5. No guarantees; disclaimer
Our website and free materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific marketing results, search rankings, lead volume, or revenue. Paid engagements are governed by their own service agreement.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Signalcraft will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or free materials.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
