Signalcraft ("we," "us," or "our") is a veteran-owned marketing studio based in Chesterfield & Richmond, Virginia. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website or services, or by opting in to our text-message program, you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us — your name, business name, email address, phone number, business type, and anything you include in a form or tell us on a call.
- Communications — records of emails, text messages, and calls between you and Signalcraft (calls may be recorded for quality and to capture your request accurately).
- Basic website data — standard server logs and, if used, lightweight analytics to understand site traffic. We do not use this to build advertising profiles.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your request — for example, to prepare and deliver your free digital presence audit.
- To schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments and demos you ask for.
- To provide the services you engage us for, and to send service-related messages.
- To improve our website and services, and to comply with legal obligations.
3. SMS / text messaging program
If you provide your mobile number and opt in (by checking the consent box on our contact form, or by giving verbal consent during a call), Signalcraft may send you text messages such as appointment confirmations, your audit link, and follow-ups related to your request.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at audit@signalcraft.fyi.
- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared. No mobile information (including your phone number and SMS opt-in consent) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties or affiliates under any circumstances.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate our services — for example, with trusted service providers that help us send messages, schedule appointments, or manage our customer records (such as our SMS/voice provider, email provider, and CRM). These providers may only use the information to perform services for us. As stated above, mobile opt-in data and consent are excluded from all sharing. We may also disclose information if required by law.
5. Data retention & security
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
6. Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to opt out of SMS.
- Use the unsubscribe option in our emails, or email us, to opt out of email follow-ups.
- Email audit@signalcraft.fyi to ask what information we hold, or to request correction or deletion.
7. Children's privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change.
